From our strategic location in Algeciras, we work every day to be an active agent of change, incorporating principles of environmental sustainability, social commitment, and circular economy into our daily operations.
We have started measuring our carbon footprint to implement action plans aimed at reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.
• We use light and presence sensors in common areas to reduce electricity consumption.
• We offer electric vehicle chargers, promoting non-polluting transport among our guests.
• Our team is trained in energy efficiency and responsible resource use.
• We have installed flow restrictors on taps and showers to prevent water waste.
• We carry out continuous preventive maintenance to detect and quickly repair leaks.
• We raise awareness among employees and guests about the importance of water saving.
• We apply circular economy principles: reduce, reuse, and recycle.
